Welcome to the 5th Grade sign-up page. Here you will be able to sign up to create a donations page for your student to participate in the Fun Run. Remember we have tons of awesome prizes this year including:

• Individual Prizes

  Most money raised by a student

  $100 gift card-1st place

  $50 gift card-2nd place

  $25 gift card-3rd place

  
  

  Students who raise at least $25 will receive a Fun Run T-Shirt

  Students who raise at least $50 will receive a Free Dress Pass  Students will receive a Free Dress for every $50 donation turn in

  
  

  Students who reach their Goal Laps will receive a small prize

  Students with the Most Laps in their Class will be recognized.

  If every student in the class donates money-movie & snack 

  
  Sponsor Donations of $75 will receive business or family name on the back of the Fun Run T-Shirt
